Our Approach

How we work

Every service starts with a conversation. We look at the watch together, discuss what you have noticed, and agree on what is to be done before any work begins. That agreement — including the price — is confirmed before the watch leaves your hands.

We work on one piece at a time. This is not a volume workshop, and the pace reflects that. A timing regulation job is not rushed because another piece is waiting. Each watch gets the time it needs, and we collect it only when it is genuinely ready.

Timing Regulation & Diagnostics

A calm diagnostic session to understand uneven running, followed by fine adjustment on a timing machine. A sensible starting point when a watch has quietly begun to lose or gain time.

Strap Fitting & Sourcing

Relaxed help choosing and fitting a strap or bracelet that feels comfortable and suits the watch. We are happy to show a few options and let you decide in your own time.

Lug width checked and confirmed before any purchase
Leather, nylon, and metal options available
Fitting completed in a single visit in most cases
Special sourcing available for less common sizes

Movement, case, and dial details recorded

Copy provided for your own records
